The MWI Pet - Version 3.4 release contains a fix for an issue affecting appointment reason exceptions for practitioners across multiple sites.

We have resolved an issue affecting Appointment Reason Exceptions for practitioners in practices with multiple sites.
Previously, when an appointment reason exception was added for a practitioner at one site, saving an exception for another site could overwrite the original configuration. This meant that only one site could retain appointment reason exceptions for a given practitioner at any one time.
What was happening
- Adding an appointment reason exception for a practitioner at one site worked as expected.
- However, adding an exception for the same practitioner at a different site removed the previously saved exception from the original site.
- As a result, practices with more than one site could experience appointment reason exceptions being overwritten when managing site-specific settings.
Resolution
This issue has now been fixed so that appointment reason exceptions can be saved and maintained independently for each site for the same practitioner.
