Wholesale
Disallow Order Unless Treat Code Exists
Enabled = Restricts orders for items that do not exist in Code Entry.
Disabled = Allows orders for items that do not exist in Code Entry.
Reorder Negative Stock
Enabled = Adds items with negative stock levels to new orders when using 'Auto-add'.
Disabled = Ignores items with negative stock levels to new orders when using 'Auto-add'.
Reorder when Re-Order and Max Levels are zero
Enabled = Adds items with re-order and max levels set to zero to new orders when using 'Auto-add'.
Disabled = Ignores items with re-order and max levels set to zero when adding to new orders using 'Auto-add'.
Use Main Stock Centre only for auto-add
Enabled = Only looks at main stock centre's figures when creating new orders when using 'Auto-add'.
Disabled = Looks at all stock centres' figures.
Disable Abandon Order Button
Enabled = Hides Abandon Order Button from View Orders screen.
Disabled = Displays Abandon Order Button on View Orders screen.
Match Order Item level with batch level
Enabled = When doing a batch download, enabling this setting ensures the batch stock levels match the order item level.
Disabled = With this setting disabled, all batches from the supplier will download.

Show Warning when retail price selected
Enabled = Display an information message to the user if retail price selected when adding items in Code Entry.
Disabled = Do not display an information message to the user if retail price selected when adding items in Code Entry.
HL7 Notification Directory
This field is configured by the MWI Installation team. It is used to select the file path for importing HL7 images.
Life Learn Online URL
This field is configured by the MWI Installation team. It is used to configure the URL for life learn.
Formulary PDF Path
This can be used to upload a PDF document that will display when a users pressed F10 on their keyboard. Examples of this being used are the Formulary or the NOAH Compendium. The file must be a PDF and is hosted and provided by the practice themselves.
Daily Sales
Daily Sales Include Write Offs
Enabled = Includes write offs in the Daily Sales report.
Disabled = Excludes write offs in the Daily Sales report.
Restrict Daily Sales to 31 days if the practice has more than 10 sites
Enabled = Restricts From and To dates for daily sales to 31 days.
Disabled = Allows user to exceed 31 days.

Send Internal Message when Animal Euthanised
Enabled = Sends a message to all users when an animal has been euthanised.
Disabled = No Action.
Prescription Validity Period
Sets the default prescription validity period for written prescriptions. This can be amended at the time of producing the written prescription.
