This page will detail all information shown in the practice clients MWI Pet Account.
Note - all workflows below are demonstrated on a mobile view of MWI Pet. If the client is using a desktop browser to access, workflows may differ slightly but have the same functionality.
This screen allows the client to view their MWI Pet Account information. To book an appointment, select the icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
When in ‘Account Details’, the client can view their Login Email Address, Mobile Number and home Address. They can change their password in this screen by clicking the ‘Edit’ button next to the starred password.
From here, they can view MWI Animal Health’s ‘Privacy Policy’, and within this area, there is a hyper-link in order to direct them to the Practice Privacy Policy. They can also view the practice contact information from this screen.
They can also view MWI Animal Health’s 'Terms & Conditions'.
Finally, there is a ‘Log out’ button to log out of the practice’s MWI Pet.
