Summary
As an alternative to adding treatment using the methods documented in Adding Treatment, items can be scanned using a hand-held device.
In order to use this functionality, barcode data will need to be imported into Merlin.
Details
Scan an Item - Add Treatment
Enter the 'Add Treatment' Screen (Treatment > Add Treatment tab).
Select the 'Barcode' button.
The 'Scan Item' screen will display. Use your hand-held device to scan a product.
The item will add to the treatment draft.
Select 'Save' to save the item to treatment history.
