Details
Document Types
This library is used to maintain the list of document types. Document types are selected when importing documents into Treatment History via Doc Mgmt.
Consent Items
This library contains two sections, Possessions and Procedures. Possessions and Procedures can be selected when generating consent forms. In here the practice creates their procedures and possible possessions entries which can then be selected when generating consent forms if the merge fields are included when creating the document template.
