Summary
Logs can be selected from the Utilities menu and is broken into two sections, User logins and Error log history.
Details
User Login History
User login history can be accessed via Utilities > System > Logs > User Login history.
This screen displays all user logins, for the dates, users and sites specified.
This log can be printed or saved to CSV using the buttons provided.
Error Log
Error logs can be accessed via Administration -> Logs -> Error Log.
This screen displays any error messages generated by the system for the user, site and dates specified. This screen is used by the MWI Technology Support Team.
Once the filters have been selected, choose run to show errors.
