Note - all workflows below are demonstrated on a desktop view of MWI Pet. If a practice admin user is using a mobile phone to access, workflows may differ slightly but have the same functionality.
The MWI Pet Home page is the first screen you will be presented with when you log in. This provides an overview of MWI Pet’s activity. It shows information such as how many new clients and pets have registered via MWI Pet and how many prescription requests have been made.
Activities for certain date criteria's can be specified via the first drop down option and this can be specified by site if you are a multi-site practice.
This page can be exported as a CSV file to facilitate quick and easy reporting.
