Your dedicated Customer Product Consultant will add an email of your choice into the MWI Pet Portal which has been specified by the practice for you to be able to log into MWI Pet. Contained within the email is a link that is valid for 24 hours. The practice must click this link in order to set their user up on MWI Pet. Please note - the email used to log in as an MWI Pet admin must be different from the email used on your client record within Merlin.

To start setting up, either navigate to https://admin.mwi.pet/, or from Merlin, select Integrations > MWI Pet and enter the email address and the password.
